Can you integrate Xero with our CRM, online store or custom software?
Yes. If a system has an API, an export or a database, we can almost certainly connect it to Xero. We regularly connect Xero with CRMs such as HubSpot, online stores such as Shopify and WooCommerce, practice management software such as Nookal, and custom-built platforms.
Why not just use an app from the Xero App Store?
Often you should. If a ready-made app fits your process, it’s usually the quickest and cheapest option, and we’ll tell you so. A custom integration earns its keep when you need your own business rules, higher volumes, two-way sync or better error handling than an app provides.
How much does a Xero integration cost?
The first consultation is free. Scoping and design is a fixed price from $1,200 ex. GST, and you’ll get an estimate for the build before development starts. The build itself is quoted and delivered in milestones you sign off.
How long does a Xero integration take?
A simple one-way sync, such as creating invoices from orders, can be live in days. Larger two-way integrations are delivered in milestones, and our typical time to a first release is around four weeks.
Will it handle GST and BAS correctly?
