AI agents for your team
Find information and get work done across your systems.
Internal agents work alongside your employees, helping them find answers, bring information together and finish everyday tasks, through staff chat, email, internal portals or voice.

From scattered information to a clear next step.
A service coordinator asks which jobs are ready to schedule. Here's what happens next.
1
It checks the facts
Job status, stock availability and staff rosters, across every system that holds them.
2
It suggests a plan
Suitable appointments for each job, with the reasoning behind every one.
3
It waits for your OK
Nothing changes until the coordinator approves it.
4
It does the follow-up
Updates the job records, assigns follow-up tasks and prepares customer emails for review.

Connected to your business
An agent is only as useful as the systems it can reach.
Your agent retrieves live information from your CRM, booking platform, job management system, ERP and more, then acts on what it finds. Our developers build the integrations and custom tools that turn your business processes into things the agent can actually do.

Built for your control
Hard guardrails, right where they should be.
You decide what each agent can access, which actions it completes on its own and where a person needs to approve or step in. Drawing on years of secure software and AI design, we make sure your agent stays in its lane.
Context-controlled access
Customers only ever see their own information. Staff see what their role allows.
Approval where it matters
Changes, communications and other important actions can wait for a human OK.
Honest boundaries
Ask for something out of bounds and it says "I don't have access to that information." Which is exactly right.
Handoff with context
Complex requests, sensitive situations and exceptions go to a person, with the conversation and every action taken.
A record of every action
Every lookup, update and message is logged, so you can see what your agent did and why.
Tested before it talks
We test realistic scenarios with your team, awkward ones included, before launch.
Can you tell me when my neighbour's appointment is? She asked me to check.
Sorry, I don't have access to that information. I can help with your own bookings, or pass a message to the team for her.
Fair enough. I also want to dispute a charge on my last invoice.
No worries. Billing disputes go to a person, so I'm handing you to Sarah in Accounts with everything we've covered.
Handover summary for Sarah
Verified customer disputing invoice #4471 ($310). Out-of-scope request declined. No changes made. Prefers email.

Built for Australia
Australian-hosted. Australian-sounding. Australian-owned.
Our agents run on Code Squirrel's own in-house AI infrastructure, based in Australia. We operate the technology behind your solution, so we control the AI environment, configure it around your business and keep your data secure and sovereign.
Sovereign
Your data stays onshore
Processed on our own infrastructure in Queensland and Victoria, with zero training on your data.
In-house
One team, the whole stack
No offshore AI vendor in the middle. We run the models, the hosting and the integrations, so one team is accountable.
Voice
Natural Australian voices
Australian-tuned text-to-speech and speech-to-text power phone and avatar conversations, and understand local speakers.
Local
Fluent in Aussie
Arvo, rego, servo, Medicare, ABNs and postcodes. Your agent speaks in, and understands, Australian terms.

FAQ
Straight answers to the questions we get most.
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent gets things done. Ours connect to your systems, so they can check availability, book appointments, update your CRM, create tickets and send confirmations, all within the rules you set.
What does the $999 readiness assessment include?
Workflow and systems mapping with your team, a review of your data, privacy and integration options, and agent opportunities ranked by return, effort and risk. You get a written report, a walkthrough session and a scoped quote for your first agent. It's a fixed $999 ex. GST, and the first consultation before it is free. If you go ahead with the build, the $999 is credited against it.
How much does the agent itself cost?
It depends on the systems it connects to, the channels it works across and the actions it takes, which is exactly what the readiness assessment works out. You'll get a quote before we start, delivered in milestones you sign off, with your approval before any variation. Running costs are separate and depend on volume.
Which systems can it connect to?
Most CRMs, booking and practice management platforms, job management systems, ERPs, and accounting, ecommerce, rostering and document tools. If your system has an API we can usually connect it, and if it doesn't, our developers can build a way in.
Can one agent work across chat, email and phone?
Yes. One agent can serve website chat, email, phone and AI avatars, with the same knowledge, brand voice and business rules on every channel.
Will it make things up or overstep?
We design hard guardrails into every agent. It only accesses what it's allowed to, sticks to its role, and tells people "I don't have access to that information" when they ask for something out of bounds. Anything it can't handle goes to a person.
What happens when a customer needs a real person?
The agent hands over with the full conversation and a record of every action it's taken, so your team picks up exactly where it left off. You decide which situations always go to a person.
Where is our data processed?
In Australia, on Code Squirrel's own AI infrastructure in Queensland and Victoria. Zero retention by default, never used for training, and no international third parties in the supply chain. Need it inside your own network? Ask about In-Office AI.
Does it understand Australian accents?
Yes. Phone and avatar conversations use Australian-tuned speech-to-text and text-to-speech, so your agent sounds local and understands local speakers, from rego to arvo.
How long does it take to launch?
Most first agents go live within two to four weeks of your readiness assessment, depending on the systems involved. You'll have a clear timeline before we start.
Can we start small?
That's what we recommend. Start with one valuable workflow, such as after-hours bookings or job status updates, see the results, then expand.
Who looks after it after launch?
We do. Our Brisbane team monitors, maintains and improves your agent, and real Australian support is a phone call away on (07) 3522 8888.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes. Every engagement is covered by a mutual NDA from day one, before you share anything sensitive.
