Yes. All data is stored and processed in Australian data centres, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessed via least-privilege API permissions. We build to the Privacy Act and Australian Privacy Principles, and your practice details are protected under mutual NDA.

Usually, yes. We connect Nookal to other systems through Nookal’s API and the other system’s API. Exactly what can sync, and in which direction, depends on what both APIs expose, so we confirm the details during scoping before we quote the build.
Can you connect Nookal to our website or online forms?
In most cases, yes. Custom intake and pre-screening forms, booking flows and enquiry forms can create or update records in Nookal through its API, depending on what the API supports for your use case. We’ll confirm it during scoping.
