Five steps from intro to payday
No paperwork, no lock-in and no surprises. Here's exactly what happens once you put us in touch, and what you get out of each stage.
Step 1 · Introduce
Put us in touch - job done.
A quick email cc or a phone intro is all it takes.
No paperwork, no briefing docs and no formalised hand-off process. Just tell us whether it's a Referral or a Secret Squirrel job and we'll take it from there.
If you have more info, we welcome it - but we're no strangers to a handoff along the lines of "I just found a OneDrive folder with 200 operational spreadsheets in it - please make it go away." We'll take it from there!

Step 2 · Scope
We scope it - under our name or yours
We run discovery with your client, work out what will actually move the needle and turn it into a plain-English scope. Join the calls or leave it to us. On Secret Squirrel jobs, we show up as part of your team.
- A written scope and milestone-based proposal - in your branding if you like
- Technical pre-sales support for your own sales conversations
- Honest advice if something off-the-shelf would do the job
Step 3 · Build
We build it, you stay in the loop
Our team designs and builds the solution - keeping you as in or out of the loop as you want to be. You can join every weekly progress meeting, or we can send you milestone update summaries - it's up to you!
- A dedicated project manager as your single point of contact
- Progress updates as often (or as rarely) as you want them
- No handoffs - and we never go around you to your client
Step 4 · Launch & support
We launch it, then we look after it
We deploy, hand over the documentation and train the team. After launch, Team Squirrel sticks around with hosting, maintenance and support plans - keeping your client happy and the relationship growing.

Step 5 · Get paid
You get paid - and keep getting paid
Referral partners earn commission at every stage, typically paid within 7 days of your client paying us. Secret Squirrel partners are billed at wholesale rates and set their own price.
