Where exactly is my data hosted?
On our own infrastructure in Queensland and Victoria. It never leaves Australia, and no international third party handles it at any point.
What does "zero data retention by default" mean?
Your prompts and responses are used to produce your answer and then discarded. We don't keep them unless you ask us to, for example to give your team saved chat history.
Will my data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is your own. We never train on it and never share it.
How good is it compared to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
We've blended and tuned the strongest models available into one purpose-built system that performs in line with the industry's best, at up to 250 tokens per second.
What's included in the $149/month package?

How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
You pay from 20c per million input tokens and 80c per million output tokens (ex. GST), with no monthly minimum. A token is roughly three-quarters of a word, so most everyday tasks cost a fraction of a cent.
Can we switch from OpenAI without rewriting our app?
In most cases, yes. Our API is OpenAI-compatible, so switching is usually a matter of changing the endpoint and API key. We'll help you test it before you cut over.
Does this help with our Privacy Act obligations?
It removes a big one. Because your data stays with an Australian-owned provider on Australian infrastructure, there's no overseas disclosure to manage under APP 8. We're happy to complete your vendor security questionnaire.
